1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Coral ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Bug Byte LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of Service
Coral provides AI-powered tools for small businesses, including automated review responses, social media management, business analytics, and custom AI agent workflows. Features vary by subscription plan.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to send spam, violate platform terms of service (including Google, Facebook, or Instagram), generate misleading or deceptive content, or engage in any activity that is illegal or harmful to others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses AI to generate content on your behalf. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before it is published. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness of AI-generated output.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your business data and content. You grant Bug Byte LLC a limited license to process your data to provide the Service. The Service itself, including its code, design, and trademarks, is owned by Bug Byte LLC.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bug Byte LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes by email.
11. SMS and Text Messaging
Coral offers an optional text-messaging channel. If you opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive automated messages from Coral — including account notifications, check-ins, content drafts for your approval, and replies to messages you send. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your use of the dashboard, and consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. We do not share your mobile opt-in information or phone number with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes; see our Privacy Policy.
